How to Use the Decoy & Success settings in Advanced Drills

Using the Decoy and Success setting in the FITLIGHT® app, you can create unique exercises such as the “Odd Light Out” drill."Create an advanced exercise or drill with one light within a step that is different from the other lights. This is known as the "Odd Light Out" exercise. This sequence has multiple lights illuminated simultaneously, with one light different from the rest. In this example, there are 4 FITLIGHTS® used: 3 FITLIGHTS® will be blue, and 1 FITLIGHT® will be red. The object of the exercise is to deactivate the "odd light out" within the sequence.
