A blinking red light is a battery issue and could be one of the following:
1. Lights are incorrectly or not charged.
- Please ensure the lights are properly charged (can take up to 4 hours to charge an 8-light system). The lights are always on, so when they are unplugged, they already start to discharge. The lights will last 8-10 hours on a full charge, depending on use.
2. The battery pack in the light is no longer holding a charge & needs to be replaced
- Batteries need to be replaced every 2-3 years, depending on use. If the lights are flickering red, then the batteries need to be replaced. You can purchase new battery packs here: Battery Pack. You can install them yourself - please review this video for instructions on how to replace them.
For uniformity purposes, all of the battery packs should be replaced at the same time.
