I need to replace the glass on my FITLIGHT® tablet controller. How do I do this?

If you have cracked or broken the glass on your blue tablet FITLIGHT® controller, you have two options:

1. Glass Replacement

We can review the tablet and asses if it can be replaced/repaired. The tablet repair cost minimum charge is $200 USD (return shipping not included; repair subject to assessment*). So that you know, we no longer support or update the tablet software.

If your tablet cannot be repaired, proceed with Option #2 below. 

2. Purchase a WiFi light (replaces tablet use)

If we cannot repair the tablet, you can use our FITLIGHT® App. To use the App, you must purchase one additional light (WiFi light). With the WiFi light, you can operate your other lights using the FITLIGHT App® on any Android or iOS (Apple) device*. In that case, servicing the tablet will not be necessary.

1. If you have a DC Jack Light, then you can purchase this light.

2. If you have a standard light, then you will need to purchase this light. 

*Compatible versions with Android versions 6 and above and iOS versions iOS 12 and above.
