If your tablet is stuck up in the boot-up mode (i.e. you cannot move past the initial Android screen) and you cannot get to the main screen of the FITLIGHT® application, then it could be one of the following:
1. The tablet is improperly charged and unable to start completely. Please try charging the tablet.
2. The tablet has a virus.
3. Too many Apps loaded onto the tablet
Both #2 & #3 are caused by external apps loaded onto the tablet, which is strongly discouraged as external apps may cause interference with the FITLIGHT® App or be a source of a virus. If your tablet is stuck in boot up mode, please contact support@fitlighttraining.com
