The tablet touch screen does not function

If the tablet does not respond to touch or the touch screen is not functioning, the following could be the issue:

1.  Possible interference from the transparent plastic screen protector. Remove the plastic protector from the screen and try again.

2. The Tablet has a micro crack in the screen. You will need to contact [e-mail] for repair options.
