If the lights are not connecting to the tablet or disconnecting, here are a few things to try:
- Ensure that the tablet and FITLIGHT® are in the line of sight of each other.
- Check that you are within the 50M range of the tablet and FITLIGHT®.
- Reboot the Tablet (ensure it is not started in Quickstart/Quick boot mode - the box is not checked)

Ensure the correct channel is set for the environment. Check the channel setting to make sure it is on channel 25. You can check this in the FITLIGHT® settings of your tablet (gear icon) under RF Channel.
- Check that the dongle is connected. If you have a message, "dongle not connected", then the USB cable may have been damaged or the dongle software has been corrupted. Please contact support@fitlighttraining.com for repair options.
