If you are experiencing an incomplete wireless connection on the tablet controller, it could be the following:
1. Lights may be weak on the battery charge
Solution: recharge batteries and try connecting again.
2. Lights may be out of range of the Tablet.
Solution: The lights need to be within 50 meters of the tablet. If it is, then try to elevate the light and make sure that there are no physical obstructions blocking the light.
3. Incorrect or incomplete light set up loaded.
Solution: Check which setup of the lights you have connected in the 'Connect FITLIGHTs' section.
4. Wrong RF Channel setting for the environment.
Solution: Check the channel setting to make sure it is on 25. This can be accessed from the “Settings” Tab on the Software.
