FITLIGHTS® will not hold a charge

The FITLIGHTS® should hold a charge for 8-10 hours depending on use. If they are not holding a charge, please try the below options.

• Ensure that the FITLIGHTS® are left plugged in the charging case prior to use; once the lights turn green, they can remain in the charging case under power until required.

• Ensure that the FITLIGHTS® eventually turn green in the charging case; if they remain yellow or flash red this could indicate an issue with the internal battery packs

• Ensure that you have followed the correct charging process and did not allow the lights to discharge because you have unplugged the charger and have waited over 6 hours before using the lights.

Please note, that if the batteries are blinking red while charging, then they most likely have to be changed. Batteries need to be changed every 2-3 years, depending on use.
