This drill can be found under the General Fitness Category on the home screen.
Focus: Shoulders, arms, chest
Lights: 3
Starting position: Lights are positioned in a "V" shape. Position in a low plank, with middle light, positioned directly underneath your chest.
Instructions: Extend arms forward to deactivate lights in front. For middle light, come up to high plank, deactivate light by doing a pushup, and back to low plank.
