This drill can be found under the General Fitness Category on the home screen.
Focus: Shoulders, arms, chest
Lights required: 3
Light position: Place three lights in a straight line perpendicular to your position.
Starting Position: Position yourself in a plank position with your chest directly above the middle light. Your left and right hands should be on the other lights' inside.
Instructions: The center light will be deactivated with a push-up. Deactivate outside lights either by shifting weight to left or right, remaining in plank position.
