Lights: 3
Light position: Position lights in an inverted "V" shape.
Starting position: Stand directly in between the two outer lights, facing the light directly in front of you,
Instructions: Start in a fast-feet position. Shift towards the activated light with a jump squat and deactivate the light with your hand. Return to the fast-feet position.
