Focus: Core
Lights: 4
Light position: 2 lights positioned on either side of you, aligned with your hips; 2 lights set on either side of you in front of your feet (able to deactivate in leg extension position).
Starting position: Seated, with legs bent
Instructions: Always in a seated, leaning back position, deactivate lights beside hips by twisting to left or right. Extend legs to deactivate lights near feet by tapping with your foot. Best used with a weighted object (i.e., a dumbbell or medicine ball).
