Light Position: Place 3 lights on both sides of you, in a straight line. 2 lights at the top should be within arm reach lights positioned on either side of your hips, and two lights
Starting position: Bent at hips, hands between legs
Instructions: When light activates, walk with your hands to deactivate it. Never leave the ground.
