Light position: In a vertical straight line directly in front of you
Starting position: Standing now above light 1, feet apart
Instructions: Deactivate lights with the hand moving towards the light as follows:
Light 1: Squat
Lights 2-4: Squat jump to light, then backpedal or squat jump back to start.
