Light Position: Place 3 lights on both sides of you, in a straight line. 2 lights at the top should be within arm reach lights positioned on either side of your hips, and two lights
Instructions: Two lights in front are deactivated by arm extension, two lights beside hips deactivate with knee drive, and two lights behind feet are deactivated by moving feet over them.
