FITLIGHT® Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from
FITLIGHT®:

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• Only items that have been purchased directly from FITLIGHT® can be returned and are eligible for a refund to the following addresses:

FITLIGHT® products purchased through other distributors or third parties must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.

• FITLIGHT Corp. products purchased through other distributors or third parties must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be requested from our customer service team within 14 days of the receipt of the product. To request an RMA, email [e-mail]. The RMA form must be included along with your returned Product.

Additional terms and conditions:

• • Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while it is in transit to FITLIGHT Corp.
  • If you return the Product to FITLIGHT Corp. (a) without an RMA from FITLIGHT Corp. or (b) without all parts included in the original package, FITLIGHT Corp. retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the Product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 14 business days of FITLIGHT Corp's receipt of the product.
