How to duplicate a sequence or drill

You can duplicate a previously created drill to create variations of the same drill with the "Duplicate Sequence" function. Similar to a 'Save As' function, this option is only available within the Advanced Programming Feature. Follow these steps to duplicate any Advanced Program or Sequence.

1. Select 'My Exercises.'

2. Find the drill that you would like to duplicate and press the menu icon (...)

 

3. Select 'Edit Sequence'

 

4. Once the sequence is open, select the menu icon at the bottom (...)

5. Select 'Duplicate Sequence'

6. The sequence will be automatically duplicated. The sequence that will be open is the NEW sequence that you can edit. 

7. Edit and modify the sequence as desired. Once you are completed editing, select 'Save'.

8.  Create a Sequence Name and Press 'Save'

9. Set a description if desired; otherwise, press 'Save.'

10. The new drill will be saved in 'My Exercises.'
