Basic Programs are simple programs where the user can modify the light settings but not the order of the lights (lights activate in a random pattern).
Here are the types of basic drills found in the app:
| Random | A random sequence of lights based on a specific number of hits (# of times light is activated). Change various settings of the lights, including (but not limited to) color, sensor deactivation, and deactivation times. | |
| Timer | A random sequence of lights is generated based on a specified time (how many lights can you deactivate in the time allotted). Change various settings of the lights, including (but not limited to) color, sensor deactivation, and deactivation timing. | |
| Split Time | Track and measure the time between each deactivated FITLIGHT®. Ideal for timing gate set-up. | |
| Pacer | Measure your speed with adjustable timeouts per point. | |
| Beep Test | Standard multistage Fitness Test. | |
| Fit Game | Compete against another player to deactivate your lights fastest! |
