This test focuses on agility and lateral and backward running. It is often used to assess the ability to move forwards, backward, and side to side.
Focus: Agility, forward, lateral and backward running
Lights: 5
Light Position: Position 3 lights as shown in the diagram.
Start Position: Start in a three-point stance, by the bottom of "T."
Instructions: Run from Light #1 to Light #2, shuffle left to Light #3, shuffle right to Light #4, shuffle to Light #2, then backpedal to Light #1.
